You agree to indemnify Mortgage Network and its directors and employees on demand against any liabilities, costs, claims, losses, expenses and damages (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of this agreement by you.

Dean Gilbert and Mortgage Network reserve the right to amend this agreement from time to time.
