Items needed for purchase:
- The most recent months pay stubs. (4 Weeks)
- The most recent bank statements for all accounts. NOT INTERNET PRINTOUTS (2 months – all pages)
- Past 2 years W-2’s and 2004 + 2005 Tax Returns (tax returns only needed if self employed or to use for commission and bonus income)
- Most recent quarterly statement for any 401K’s, IRA’s or other investments.
- Copy of fully executed purchase and sale agreement.
- $500 application deposit (this is credited at closing similar to your ernest deposit with the realtor)

- The most recent bank statements for all accounts. NOT INTERNET PRINTOUTS (2 months – all pages)
- Past 2 years W-2’s
- 2004 + 2005 Tax Returns (Tax returns needed if self employed, or receive commissions, bonus, or rental property income)
- Most recent quarterly statement for any 401K’s, IRA’s or other investments
- Copy of current Mortgage statement for all mortgages or equity lines.
- $500 Good Faith deposit. Refundable if the loan is 0 points 0 closing costs. If not, it gets credited toward your closing costs.
