Items needed for purchase:

  1. The most recent months pay stubs. (4 Weeks)
  2. The most recent bank statements for all accounts. NOT INTERNET PRINTOUTS (2 months – all pages)
  3. Past 2 years W-2’s and 2004 + 2005 Tax Returns (tax returns only needed if self employed or to use for commission and bonus income)
  4. Most recent quarterly statement for any 401K’s, IRA’s or other investments.
  5. Copy of fully executed purchase and sale agreement.
  6. $500 application deposit (this is credited at closing similar to your ernest deposit with the realtor)

  1. The most recent months pay stubs. (4 Weeks)
  2. The most recent bank statements for all accounts. NOT INTERNET PRINTOUTS (2 months – all pages)
  3. Past 2 years W-2’s
  4. 2004 + 2005 Tax Returns (Tax returns needed if self employed, or receive commissions, bonus, or rental property income)
  5. Most recent quarterly statement for any 401K’s, IRA’s or other investments
  6. Copy of current Mortgage statement for all mortgages or equity lines.
  7. $500 Good Faith deposit. Refundable if the loan is 0 points 0 closing costs. If not, it gets credited toward your closing costs.
